head-over-heels in love with France and French food. In fact, it was about halfway through eating a flaky croissant on the Boulevard Saint-Germain that Beeta decided she needed to share this blissful experience with the rest of the world.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>When she arrived back home in California, she decided to dedicate her time to recipe-testing and perfecting as many French recipes as she could. After successfully recreating and simplifying a multitude of French recipes, Beeta established the popular French food blog MonPetitFour.com, voted as the number one French food blog several years in a row.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In addition, she hosted culinary workshops in her California home, teaching others how to make popular French breads and pastries, including baguettes, croissants, macarons, and more.
