But that’s why I’m here and why I’ve created this class. I’ll share all the little tips and tricks you need to know to make French macarons from scratch

As a French culinary instructor, I’ve had the pleasure of seeing people from all over the world try their hands at making macarons, and I can’t help but feel proud of each and every student.

The enthusiasm, curiosity, and satisfaction that each student ultimately experiences after going through this easy-to-follow class is the reason I even started teaching French food online…

About the Instructor

After a trip to Paris in 2010, Beeta Hashempour became head-over-heels in love with France and French food. In fact, it was about halfway through eating a flaky croissant on the Boulevard Saint-Germain that Beeta decided she needed to share this blissful experience with the rest of the world.

When she arrived back home in California, she decided to dedicate her time to recipe-testing and perfecting as many French recipes as she could. After successfully recreating and simplifying a multitude of French recipes, Beeta established the popular French food blog MonPetitFour.com, voted as the number one French food blog several years in a row.

In addition, she hosted culinary workshops in her California home, teaching others how to make popular French breads and pastries, including baguettes, croissants, macarons, and more. To be able to teach more people across the world, Beeta took her classes online and now offers virtual French classes to the public through courses like this and her membership community EverydayFrance.com.
